Dubai, UAE – 21 November 2025 – From 24 to 27 November 2025, 19 French companies will showcase their expertise at Big 5 Global in Dubai within the French Pavilion, highlighting France’s excellence in sustainable construction, advanced technology, and innovative design.

The pavilion will feature solutions shaping the future of construction in the Gulf, including certified green materials, smart technologies, and advanced fire protection systems. This presence underscores France’s commitment to supporting sustainable development in the region through technical innovation.

Opportunities in a Growing Market

The UAE’s construction sector, a key part of its economic diversification strategy, contributes nearly 11% of national GDP. Valued at USD 95 billion in 2024, it is projected to reach USD 118 billion by 2030, with an average annual growth rate of 5%.

With over 10,700 active projects and initiatives such as the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040 and Abu Dhabi Economic Vision, the UAE is the second-largest construction market in the Gulf. Across the GCC, ongoing projects exceed USD 1.3 trillion, making the region a global hub for infrastructure and real estate development.

Rapid urban growth—Dubai’s population is projected to reach 6 million by 2040—is driving unprecedented demand for housing, infrastructure, and hospitality. Sustainability has become a key priority for governments, developers, and contractors. For French companies known for energy efficiency, advanced materials, and architectural innovation, this presents a significant opportunity to support the region’s sustainable transformation.

French Pavilion: Smart and Sustainable Solutions

The pavilion will showcase a variety of solutions tailored to regional needs, including bio-based materials, smart equipment, low-carbon design, eco-engineered tools, and 3D mapping technologies. Exhibitors will also address key challenges such as heat management, industrial ventilation, and air quality in healthcare, industrial, and hospitality environments.

Three companies funded by the France 2030 program will be featured:

  • FEHR GROUP – ARTEMIX: World’s first mobile, autonomous, automated ready-mix concrete dispenser for low-carbon production.
  • NOVACEL: OXYGEN eco-designed protective films, reducing carbon emissions by up to 80%.
  • OLIKROM: LuminoKrom®, photoluminescent paint providing up to 10 hours of glow for safety and sustainable mobility.

Organized under the French Fab label by Business France, the pavilion is supported by partners including Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Ubigi, and Terracota.

Exhibitors: AIRVANCE | ARIADIS | ARTEMIX | ART HOME ALU | CHAUX DE SAINT ASTIER | CTRE SCIENTIFIQUE TECHNIQUE DU BATIMENT | GEO-STAFF | GV2 VEDA France | GUARD INDUSTRIE | HAEMMERLIN SAS | IBS EVENT / INNOPOLIS | NEOLIFE | NIDAPLAST | NOVACEL | OLIKROM | PISCINES MAGILINE | QUADRA 1 | TALIAPLAST | YELLOWSCAN
