He highlighted ESG principles — Environmental, Social, and Governance — as the blueprint for the sector’s evolution:
• Environmental: green buildings, renewable energy, and designs in harmony with nature.
• Social: inclusive spaces fostering belonging for all residents.
• Governance: transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.
Shauket’s message to the industry was clear and compelling:
“Profit is temporary. Purpose is permanent. The skyline we build today must stand proudly — not only in steel and stone, but in the hearts of generations to come.”
The event was spearheaded by Mr. Saleem, Founder of FEDA, alongside Dr. Samiullah Khan, FEDA Partner, bringing together thought leaders, policymakers, and over 2000 developers from across the UAE.
